I’m Riza Sukman, a somatic practitioner offering a gentle, attuned space in sessions where you can slow down, feel what’s really going on in the deeper layers, and be fully seen, held, and supported on your inner journey.
I'm a trained somatic practitioner with a background in integrative trauma work, parts work, and embodied healing.
My approach is grounded in compassion, presence, and the belief that deep healing happens when we feel safe enough to feel.

What to expect
You’ll be met in a deeply held, non-judgmental space where all emotions are welcome. Together, we’ll gently explore the root feelings behind emotional or physical pain, sensing into what’s happening beneath the surface.
With loving presence, we’ll support even the most vulnerable parts of you, allowing for deeper emotions stored in the body to be accessed and processed.
This is a space for unwinding layers of pain, shame, and protective patterns, and reconnecting with your natural aliveness and inner wisdom. All of this unfolds within integrative holding.
