Welcome

About Riza Sukman

I support people on their path of emotional healing—whether you're moving through grief, heartbreak, trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling lost and disconnected from yourself.

My work is grounded in a compassionate, somatic, trauma-informed approach that gently helps you come home to your feelings, your inner truth, and the deep wisdom of your body and soul.

This work is deeply personal to me.

I lost my father when I was seven, and at a young age, I also lost my sense of identity and inner coherence. That early pain shaped my path—not only through the wounds I’ve had to heal, but through the depth of empathy, sensitivity, and curiosity I now bring to my work. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, fragmented, or as though something essential is missing. And I know the power of reconnecting—to your body, your soul, and the deeper emotional truths that long to be felt and understood.

Over the past several years, I’ve supported clients through their own healing journeys. Many come to me feeling stuck, numb, anxious, or yearning for joy, love, and meaning. Together, we create a gentle, attuned space to explore what’s alive in your body and nervous system, at a pace that honors where you’re at.

My work is rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed lens. I’ve trained in Family Constellations with the European Institute for Systemic Education and Coaching, completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Ki McGraw and Bob Smith, and earned certificates in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Parts Work with The Embody Lab. I’ve also practiced Vipassana meditation for over a decade, including four 10-day silent retreats and a 5-day retreat. My path has been shaped by studies in TRE, interest in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing, and my own ongoing personal healing work.

My background isn’t academic—it’s intuitive, experiential, and forged through direct personal healing and empathic bent. I bring a deep commitment to emotional honesty, soul connection, and the wisdom of the body.

An important part of my path is developing a personal relationship with God—not through religion, but as a loving Divine Parent, both Mother and Father. I believe that connecting with God’s love, truth, and guidance can bring profound support for transformation and healing. For those open to it, this connection can offer a sense of spiritual companionship, strength, self-knowledge, and a sense of being deeply known and cared for—something I believe we are all worthy of.

Beyond individual healing, I care deeply about our collective future. I dream of a world where we shift from fear and control to love, cooperation, and sustainability. My work is one small part of that vision—a way to support others in waking up to their feelings, values, and innate capacity for love and connection.

Let's go deeper to bring love and ease where it's needed in your internal system.
