Welcome

About Riza Sukman

I support people on their path of emotional healing—whether you’re navigating grief, heartbreak, trauma, anxiety, or just feeling lost and disconnected from yourself. I offer a compassionate, somatic trauma-informed methodology that helps you come home to your feelings, your inner truth, and the wisdom of your own body and soul.

This work is deeply personal to me.

I lost my father when I was seven, and at a young age, I also lost my sense of identity and inner coherence. That early pain shaped my path—not just in the wounds I’ve had to heal, but in the depth of empathy, sensitivity, and curiosity I now bring to my work. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, fragmented, or like something essential is missing. And I know the power of reconnecting—to your body, your soul, and the deeper emotional truths that want to be felt and understood.

Over the past several years, I’ve supported clients through their own healing journeys. Many come to me feeling stuck, numb, anxious, or yearning for joy, love, and meaning. Together, we create a gentle, attuned space to explore what’s alive in your body and nervous system, at a pace that honors where you’re at.

My work is rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed lens. I’ve trained in Family Constellations with the European Institute for Systemic Education and Coaching, completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Ki McGraw and Bob Smith, and earned certificates in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Parts Work with The Embody Lab. I’ve also practiced Vipassana meditation for over a decade, including four 10-day silent retreats and a 5-day retreat, and I’ve been shaped by studies in TRE, interest in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing, and my own ongoing personal healing work.

My background isn’t academic—it’s intuitive, experiential, and forged through years of inner work and client practice. I bring a deep commitment to emotional honesty, soul connection, and the wisdom of the body.

An important part of my path includes exploring a personal relationship with God—not through any religion, but as a loving Divine Parent, both Mother and Father. I’ve found that connecting with God’s love, truth, and guidance offers a profound layer of support in healing. For those open to it, this connection can offer intimacy, strength, self-knowledge, and a sense of being deeply known and cared for—something I believe we are all worthy of.

Beyond individual healing, I care deeply about our collective future. I dream of a world where we shift from fear and control to love, cooperation, and sustainability. My work is one small part of that larger vision—a way to support others in waking up to their feelings, their values, and their innate capacity for love and aliveness.

Just as in nature where there is a natural self-correcting system, our body and soul is also designed to self-correct towards balance and health.

Just as in nature where there is a natural self-correcting system, our body and soul is also designed to self-correct towards balance and health.

This is a space for unwinding layers of pain, shame, and protective patterns, and reconnecting with your natural aliveness and inner wisdom. All of this unfolds within integrative holding.

Release, re-pattern, and heal.

Let's go deeper to bring love and ease where it's needed in your internal system.
